Our newly expanded schedule features several class options including: Online, Studio, and Hybrid:
Online Classes – are held on Zoom using a link from FitGrid
Studio Classes – are denoted by Studio are held at our new location 12460 W. Washington Blvd, LA 90066

All students can participate in whichever manner is convenient for them. All of our classes are taught by a CIYT live giving each student instruction and modifications in real time either online or in person.
