The practice of Yoga brings vitality and stability to every stage of our life. As we age, our practice should be strong yet we must be aware of taking care in each pose. These three Friday classes, “Yoga for over 50” will be a classical Iyengar level 1-2 class, with emphasis on any moderations of poses and special needs. All yoga practitioners are welcome.
