For students newer to Iyengar Yoga, Todd will introduce and teach poses that promote healthy, strong backs. By understanding the practice of common poses and simple modifications, students often experience how a healthy spine helps release frustration and anxiety both in class and outside of class.
Classes are cumulative and build progressively over four weeks; we encourage you to attend all four sessions. If that is not possible, students of all levels should feel welcome to drop in for any of the sessions. Come by and experience how a healthy spine can ease your mind.
