Melanie sought out yoga after years of ballet, which left her with chronic back and knee pain. Since her first class, Iyengar Yoga has been part of her life making her stronger, more flexible and pain free on and off the mat.
Melanie has been studying Iyengar Yoga since 2007 and has been a Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher since 2015. She teaches rejuvenating classes that offer opportunities for building strength, promoting balance and inducing physical and mental relaxation. She is recognized for her ability to conduct warm and inviting classes that foster an invigorating, centering, and calming environment.
