In asana, we have access to connect the spine through the arms and legs. We may also go directly to spinal extension and expansion. Directional flow of the spine varies from asana to asana.
Actions for the spine, with the spine, through the spine can be experienced. In this workshop we will discover aspects of spinal directional extension and expansion in asana and pranayama.
