This four-session course is for yoga teachers and students with substantial experience in Iyengar yoga. Students should be able to hold Sirsasana and Sarvangasana each for ten minutes, show stability and maturity in backward and forward extensions, twists and arm balances.
Philosophical themes explored and applied.
A regular home practice is strongly advised so that the student is able to self-manage injuries and/or restrictions.
Prerequisite for Students: Students must be able to do a 10 minutes Sirsasana and to lift up into Urdhva Dhanurasana from the floor.
Lisa Walford has been teaching in Los Angeles and internationally for over 30 years. She is certified at the Senior Intermediate II level.
