June 29, July 6, 13 & 20, 2019
12:30 PM – 2:00 PM
This class is specifically for ambulatory students with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson’s, and other neurological challenges or movement disorders.
While each individual varies, symptoms often manifest in similar ways. We will look at underlying principles in the practice of Iyengar Yoga to enhance mobility and stability of body while cultivating peace of mind for those with these types of conditions. Though yoga is not a cure, yoga helps us to endure what cannot be cured.
