Based primarily on the work of Geeta Iyengar, this class emphasizes postures for the physical and psychological well-being of women, including all categories of postures. Women must have a basic understanding and practice of Level 1 Iyengar Yoga, be practicing or ready to learn headstand and other inversions, as well as rope wall applications.
