Join Vladimir to deepen your understanding and practical knowledge of inverted poses such as Pincha Mayurasana, Sirsasana, the Sarvangasana sequence and variations as taught in the Iyengar Yoga tradition and outlined in Light on Yoga. Class will begin with sequences to prepare the body for an inversion practice, build confidence and explore the dynamics of opposing forces when you turn your world upside down.
Prerequisite: One year of Iyengar Yoga practice including the ability to hold sirsasana for several minutes (with wall support, if necessary.)
