Back pain can nag and cheat you of a quality life. Learn about different kinds of problems and what to do for yours. How you adapt your poses for either musculoskeletal or neurological conditions will vary depending on your ability and your body’s capacity.
Learn the basic anatomy and postural components of your back so that you can identify conditions or imbalances that might contribute to problems. We will practice!
Learn how to practice effectively including:
- Sequencing; when, where and how to strengthen
- When and how to relax to release
- Modifications and how to use props
- What to do daily
Lisa Walford has been teaching in Los Angeles and internationally for over 30 years and is certified at the Senior Intermediate II level.
