Jump start your Saturday and let your inner light shine! With the light of Spring, this course is for those who like to practice early in the day, wish to hone their discipline and skill and take their sadhana (practice) to another level.
Inspired by Guruji’s zeal, when he observed that “…a healthy and flexible spine indicates a healthy nervous system,” and his comment, “The practice of yoga brings cleanliness to the nerves… If you do backbends you draw blood to the entire spinal muscles.”

Prerequisite for Students: Please be able to lift into handstand at the wall, push up from the floor to Urdhva Dhanurasana and have a regular practice of inversions.
