Todd will help those students who are newer to Iyengar Yoga practice work into the upper back in order to relieve the tension that builds for all of us in our neck and shoulders.
Come by and experience how freeing the muscles eases the mind. It is not uncommon for practice in this region of the body to release frustration and anxiety.
The classes will be progressively built over four weeks but students of all levels and backgrounds should feel welcome to drop in for single classes as well.
Todd Semo has had the great privilege of studying Iyengar Yoga with Manouso Manos for 18 years and assisting him for 17½ years. He has been to Pune, India to study with the Iyengar family on numerous occasions from 2004 onwards. He is grateful for all of those who have come before him to help make this path more attainable.
